HD Animation Scenery Background.
I purchased this beautiful background line-art scenery from an artist "みずのゆめ" on Clip Studio Paint, n I LOVE THEIR WORK! I also used other "assets" from Clip Studio Paint. The coloring/painting was done in both Clip Studio Paint & Adobe Photoshop CC, N sometimes Krita.
I actually found this artist on Twitter n showed them this and they liked it. ^,^
I'm moving forward, hopefully, with the version with my OC Lively n her spirit dragon.

I purchased the original line-art from an artist "みずのゆめ" on Clip Studio Paint, and other assets from CSP. Original composition & layout done in CSP.

The "patterns" were a mixture of ones from Photoshop & Clip Studio Paint. Flat color blocking/fill & Effects layers were mostly done in Photoshop, but the seating was mostly done in CSP, and sometimes Krita.
