I tend to prefer to PLAY with color as the way the HUMAN EYE sees colors and interprets it within the brain. I tend to avoid pure black and pure white in color compositions UNLESS there's a reason for it that I want to POP. Or, if I START with a composition that IS beginning with PURE BLACK or PURE WHITE, or working within a Gray Scale.
