I utterly LOVE this software "Clip Studio Paint" which I used to created the scenery from various "assets" you can download. I would've never made this project IF NOT FOR Clip Studio Paint! SO GOOD!
All the VFX composites were done in Adobe After Effects.
The character in the scene is my OC Djehkäujaa in her humanoid form, whom is actually a dragon. I drew her by hand, on paper, in my sketchbook, in 1 try. I was very surprised it happened so perfectly.

Grayscale B&W CLEANED Sketch Version of Djehkäujaa in Tribal Tundra coat
Djehkäujaa fulling colored, cleaned, digital FINAL Version. The Fur is a mixture of FlamePainter & Clip Studio Paint, then reworked in Photoshop. Brocade patterns & trim from Clip Studio Paint. Hand colored & painted in Photoshop.
